By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, or require either party to proceed. A service engagement begins only when a written proposal or service agreement has been accepted by both parties.
8472 Research is an independent sole-proprietor software engineering practice. Services may include systems architecture, custom automation, bot engineering, data processing, monitoring, deployment, reliability work, documentation, and technical handover. The applicable written proposal identifies the exact deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, price, delivery expectations, and acceptance criteria.
Website descriptions are general and do not themselves promise a particular deliverable. If website content conflicts with an accepted proposal, the accepted proposal controls for that project. Changes to scope, timing, access, or deliverables require written agreement and may change the price or schedule.
Services are quoted individually as fixed-price projects, defined milestones, or time-based technical work, as stated in the proposal. All quotes and invoices are denominated in USD. A payment is consideration only for the invoiced software engineering services. It is not an investment, account deposit, brokerage balance, trading allocation, performance fee, or payment for access to 8472 BTC, 8472 Alpha, or any internally operated system.
Digital delivery, cancellation, refund, and dispute procedures are stated in the Service Policies and may be supplemented by the accepted proposal. There is no automatic subscription or recurring renewal unless a future, separately disclosed service is expressly agreed in writing.
The client must provide timely, lawful access to agreed systems and accurate requirements. The client retains control of accounts, funds, credentials, infrastructure, production deployment, and operating decisions. The client is responsible for independent security, legal, tax, regulatory, platform, and suitability review of its intended use.
8472 Research does not provide investment advice, personalized trade recommendations, trade signals, brokerage, exchange services, custody, money transmission, managed trading, copy trading, pooled investments, fundraising, or guaranteed financial outcomes. Technical work does not transfer decision-making authority or control of customer funds to 8472 Research.
Software can contain defects and can be affected by third-party services, data quality, infrastructure, configuration, security events, and changing external conditions. Technical acceptance criteria measure agreed software behaviour, not profitability, revenue, availability of a third-party service, regulatory suitability, or any financial outcome.
You may not use this website or any deliverable unlawfully, to infringe another person's rights, to bypass security controls, to misrepresent affiliation or results, or to facilitate activity prohibited by the applicable agreement. A project may be declined or ended if its purpose or requested access falls outside the disclosed technical scope or cannot be supported responsibly.
Website content, the current internal 8472 BTC case study, and the earlier 8472 Alpha research lineage remain proprietary to 8472 Research. Ownership or licensing of separate custom deliverables is defined in the accepted proposal. No website use or client engagement grants access to either internal system, source code, methods, credentials, parameters, or other proprietary material outside the agreed deliverables.
A project may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, libraries, data providers, infrastructure, or venues. Their terms, pricing, security, availability, and changes are outside the control of 8472 Research. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the client contracts with and pays those providers directly.
The website is provided for general information and may be updated or interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 8472 Research is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising only from use of the website. Any project-specific warranties, remedies, or liability limits are those stated in the accepted agreement and cannot exclude rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
